for HAPI

Recording files for hapi must be in 16000Hz sample rate, mono, 16-bit linear (aka PCM) data. (In sox wrap I do to: .sw, 16000, ADPCM, 16-bit words, channels=1)

Therefore, I must set the listenup recording accordingly.

for Website playback

Record in Protools at the lowest possible sample rate (44.1 mhz) and then save as mp3 or ogg vorbis.
